By creating an account on Resonate, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use Resonate.
Resonate is a friendship app that matches people nearby based on what they write. It is not a dating app. We connect people who share thoughts, not photos.
You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Don't share your login or impersonate others. One account per person.
You own what you write. By posting, you grant Resonate a license to display your content within the app for matching and connection purposes. We moderate content to keep the community safe. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and illegal content will result in account suspension.
Credits are a virtual currency used within Resonate. They are non-refundable and have no cash value. Prices are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Some features (walkie-talkie messages, fading connections) are designed to be temporary. Content may be automatically deleted after a set period. We do not guarantee the preservation of ephemeral content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Resonate is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the service running smoothly but make no guarantees. We are not liable for any interactions between users.
We may update these terms. Continued use of Resonate after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via in-app announcement.
